Admission Policy
 LINKS School for Life is open to qualified applicants who meet the school’s basic requirements and whose parents accept and agree to comply with the school’s policies, regulations, and vision-mission orientation. Applicants shall satisfy basic requirements of the Parental and Child Interview and Intake processes. The Admissions Committee gives the final recommendation for admission.
Admissions Requirements
Toddler Group Level
- Age requirement: Children must be 2.5 years old to 2 years and 11 months old by May.
- 5 recent ID pictures (1” x 1”) properly labelled with child’s name on the back.
- 1 photocopy of Birth Certificate; 1 photocopy of Baptismal Certificate*
- Medical Clearance forms*** (may be submitted upon enrolment)
Nursery Level
- Age requirement: Children must be 3 years old to 3 years and 11 months old by May.
- 5 recent ID pictures (1” x 1”) properly labelled with child’s name on the back.
- 1 photocopy of Birth Certificate; 1 photocopy of Baptismal Certificate*
- Medical Clearance forms*** (may be submitted upon enrolment)
Jr. Kindergarten/Kindergarten Levels
- Age requirement for Jr. Kindergarten: Children must be 4 years old to 4 years and 11 months old by May.
- Age requirement for Kindergarten: Children must be 5 years old to 5 years and 11 months old by May.
- 5 recent ID pictures (1” x 1”) properly labelled with child’s name on the back.
- 1 photocopy of Birth Certificate; 1 photocopy of Baptismal Certificate*
- Report Card and Letter of Recommendation from previous school**
- Accomplished application form (to be secured from the Main Office)
- Medical Clearance forms*** (may be submitted upon enrolment)
*Present the original copy of birth and baptismal certificates.
**If the child has had previous schooling.
*** Medical History, Physical Examination, Update Vaccination Schedule
Admissions Procedure
- Submit aforementioned requirements. Pay the application fee of Php 200.00 before securing Application Form and Parental/Family Information Sheet.
- Accomplish the Application Form and Parental/Family Information Sheet (should be filled out and submitted by parents/legal guardians only)
- Parental and Child Interview* shall be scheduled. (*requirement for either one or both parents)
- Parents shall be notified of child’s acceptance. Parents may then reserve a slot for their child.
- Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of Php 3000.00 (*applicable to tuition payment)
- Proceed with Enrolment (*Enrolment dates to be announced)
